Social media concern, take away confidence and are addictive

Half of Britons questioned about the impact of social media on their lives, acknowledged that Facebook and Twitter have changed their behavior. For every second of this group was a change for the worse.
A survey of 298 people by Salford Business School Anxiety UK organizations has shown that most social network users lose confidence. Asked admit that in comparison with the achievements of your Facebook friends, an attractive way of life, a successful family, a prestigious job, etc., their everyday life is even more grim.
Two-thirds of the respondents acknowledged that "difficult for them to relax or go to sleep" after a visit to Facebook. Every fourth person was in trouble in the relationship or in the workplace because of something that happened online social networking sites.
Again we hear about addiction: 55 percent of those interviewed "worried or concerned about the" lack of opportunities to use your account on Facebook, or email. More than 60 percent of respondents to completely relax, pop-off electronics.
Anxiety UK boss Nicky Lidbetter Commenting on the survey results: - For those who have a predisposition to experience anxiety, technology can be a catalyst, causative or potentiating symptoms, undermining confidence and inducing a feeling overwhelmed. - She added that most surprised her high percentage of those interviewed who have to turn off electronic accessories to be able to relax. This means that most of us are able to ignore the smartphone blinking on the screen or computer communication.
It is better to close your account on Facebook, and live without fear, enjoying the confidence? For some, this would be the best solution.
