Google and Samsung have prepared a software patch for the Galaxy Nexus, Google's flagship phone. It must allow the resumption of its sales in the United States.
Galaxy Nexus sale in the U.S. market, was threatened after Google accused Apple and Samsung about the fraudulent use of the phone belonging to the patents. Judgment, which prohibited the sale of Galaxy Nexus in the U.S., fell 29th June. Now Google and Samsung have prepared a patch, which is to allow the elimination of the software for the Galaxy Nexus four patents owned by Apple. It will go immediately to the device, however, does not mean that its sales will be as soon restored.
Meanwhile, Google and Samsung are going to look carefully at the disputed patents. It's mainly about how to find information, to which the right is claimed Apple. The case may end up in the U.S. Patent Office, which can again look at the validity of the patent received by Apple.
